NED ART

The Ned above is certainly the best I have ever seen. Lorraine captured the real Ned I reckon.
It is unlike any other and is not just yet another copy of his final photograph and amazingly this
work of art was done especially for me! (the above image is subject to international copyright laws)

It seems that almost everyone who can hold a brush wants to paint Ned.

It has been said that Ned is as well known as he is due to the artwork of artists such as Sidney Nolan.
Nolan painted a series of Ned Kelly paintings that today are worth millions.

The focus with this page is not so much on the known artists but on emerging ones who have painted Ned.

These days artists paint Ned on all sorts of items, saw-blades, milk tins, fire extinguishers and in all sorts of medium.

I searched the NET looking for 'NED' art I liked and communicated with the artist about being featured on this page.

This is how I met a West Australian artist online who also is into the story of Ned.
