COMMANDO

I first saw this Commando comic 'Outlaw from the Outback' in a special compilation
ANZAC day 2007. It took me until April 2008 to find it again and secure a copy.
The story was about a soldier who owned a set of Ned's pistols which Ned had left behind
with an old couple for their act of kindness. (taking him in)
Our soldier (Bert) took the pistols to war and then had a suit of armour made to go with Ned's
old pistols and to protect him from a hail of bullets. A great yarn!
