Pubs along with churches are one of the few buildings still standing from
Australia's colonial days.
Many pubs associated with the Kelly story are still standing and many are
cashing in on the Kelly
connection.
Pubs reputed to have had Ned visit **
**AVENEL The Royal Coach House.
The Royal Coach house was a pub in operation when young Ned Kelly saved
Richard Shelton from
the fast flowing Hughes Creek.
The building is now a private residence.
BEECHWORTH
**Tanswells. This pub has a 'Ned Kelly' bar.
Others......
**TARRAWINGEE The Plough Inn

**The Glenrowan Inn. Site of the Glenrowan Siege.
**The Railway Tavern. Sympathetic to the Kelly cause.
The Farmers Arms.
The Glenrowan Hotel. This is the current pub, Ned's image is not hard to

The Vine hotel is said to have a secret that only select few know about.
The gang used this pub frequently.

WINTON.
Fitzpatrick stopped off at a 'Public House' owned by David Lindsay
on his way to arrest Dan Kelly which caused the 'Kelly Outbreak'.
JERILDERIE. Pub held up by The Kelly Gang.
Woolpack Inn, visited by gang prior to robbery.
